Ana Vasconcelos

Research Associate


Ana Vasconcelos is a Research Associate at the Institute for Community Health. At ICH, Ana is involved in evaluation projects that focus on behavioral health, substance use, health advocacy, and community engagement. Prior to her work at ICH, Ana was a Research Assistant intern at Commonwealth, a non-profit in Boston, where she helped implement and evaluate pilot programs that advance the financial security of financially vulnerable groups. Ana also has experience in community organizing around immigrants’ rights and the mental health social work field.

Ana earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Social Work from Salem State University in 2014, and she holds a Data Analytics Certificate from Bunker Hill Community College. Ana was born in Brazil and currently lives in the greater Boston area.
