Alex Kornblum (he/him) is an Epidemiologist I and Research Associate at the Institute for Community Health. At ICH, Alex uses quantitative and mixed methods to support research and evaluation projects. Alex is involved in evaluations of initiatives that provide behavioral healthcare, community-driven mental health, and community power building for health equity. Before joining ICH, Alex contributed to research on mobile maternal health clinics, reproductive health education, public water infrastructure, and education in the age of AI.

Alex received a BA in Social Policy Analysis with a minor in Data Science from Rice University. While at Rice, he helped lead students on quantitative evaluations of local and national healthcare nonprofits.
