Dr. Carl Fulwiler is Chair and Chief of the Harvard Department of Psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. He received his M.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Harvard, and completed psychiatry residency at McLean Hospital. An NIH-funded investigator with additional support from federal, state, and philanthropic agencies, Dr. Fulwiler’s research focuses on improving mental health outcomes through evidence-based treatments and reducing disparities in care delivery.
