Dr. Restuccia is Professor and Everett W. Lord Distinguished Faculty Scholar Emeritus in the Boston University Operations and Technology Management Department. His teaching and research, which has focused on issues related to health care quality and operations, spans over 40 years. He is currently a visiting professor at Bocconi University and at Catholic University, both in Milan, Italy. He received his bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and his doctorate and master’s degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.
