ICH has completed a three-year evaluation of the Men’s Health League (MHL) program, a National Office for Minority Health (OMH) funded program that is a partnership of the Cambridge Health Alliance/Cambridge Public Health Department, the Cambridge YMCA and the Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House. The goal of the MHL is to reduce the risk of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and stroke among men of color in Cambridge through the implementation of four program components. The ICH evaluation team has provided evaluation, technical assistance and dissemination expertise in a participatory manner and facilitated the collection of process, outcomes and clinical data for all four program components, in addition to a partnership evaluation. This included the collection, analysis and reporting of outcomes data on over 200 men of color. For more information on ICH’s work with the Men’s Health League, click here.
