ICH Senior Scientist/Assistant Director of Evaluation Eileen Dryden and Research Associate Reann Gibson’s abstract “Exploring the Use of Longitudinal Triad-Interviews in Medical Residency Program Evaluation” will be presented at the 2014 American Evaluation Association Annual Meeting in Denver, CO on October 13-17th.
This presentation is based on ICH’s work with the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA)‘s Internal Medicine Residency Redesign evaluation, and highlights the value of using longitudinal triad interviews while evaluating a medical residency program in the midst of transformation to address some of the challenges inherent to evaluating programs in dynamic contexts.
