ICH worked with the MA Department of Public Health to gather community input to inform improvements to infectious disease surveillance data collection processes for immigrant populations.

LZC partnered with Global Refuge to evaluate the New American Cities program, tracking individual- and community-level metrics of refugee economic well-being in five cities and developing a model to quantify the social return on investment of economic integration for community well-being.

ICH is the evaluator for the English for Parents (EFP) program. EFP aims to support parents whose children are in the Somerville public school system by providing classes that equip parents with knowledge on navigating the school system along with English language skills.

ICH is working with NORC on a community-based participatory research (CBPR) study to explore the impacts of the Encore Boston Harbor Casino on the surrounding communities.

ICH evaluated the Voices for Health Justice 1.0 program. Voices seeks to build power in communities experiencing health inequities to improve the health care system’s accessibility, affordability, and ability to treat all people with dignity.

ICH provided TA to support the development and refinement of the Language Services Data Tool (LSDT) at Cambridge Health Alliance. The LSDT enables standardized documentation of how language needs are met during encounters with patients who have limited English proficiency.
