The Leah Zallman Center for Immigrant Health Research (LZC) at the Institute for Community Health (ICH) has evaluated three iterations of the City of Boston Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement (MOIA)’s Weaving Well-being Initiative. Weaving Well-being aims to support immigrant-serving community-based organizations in caring for their staff and providing non-clinical mental health services to their communities. Across the three years, LZC implemented a survey with program participants to measure impact and outcomes of the different organizations’ initiatives, interviewed program leaders and key interest holders, and created a landscape review of immigrant mental health in Boston.
