Evaluation technical assistance for the MassLeague of Community Health Centers

Client: Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers
Topic Area: Healthcare delivery systems
Services: Assessment and Planning, Participatory Evaluation, Training and Technical Assistance

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers (MassLeague) is implementing several programs as part of MassHealth’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program. These programs aim to recruit and retain providers in community health centers or other community-based settings in Massachusetts. The MassLeague hired ICH to provide technical assistance on assessment and evaluation to support ongoing improvement of their DSRIP programs. During the first two years of this engagement, ICH designed and analyzed a range of surveys, conducted qualitative interviews, and analyzed provider retention data to help the MassLeague gather feedback about their programs and understand program impact. With the technical assistance from ICH, the MassLeague has been able to make data-informed decisions about how to improve their DSRIP programs and better support providers working in community-based settings. ICH is currently engaged in a third year of technical assistance to continue supporting the MassLeague in this work.
