ICH is providing assessment and evaluation planning support to public health agencies in Somerville, Everett, Arlington and Lexington (SEAL) during Year 1 of their MassCall3 youth substance misuse prevention grant issued by MDPH’s Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS). ICH is currently supporting the SEAL cluster in planning a needs assessment, and will provide technical assistance with data management, data collection, analysis, and reporting during the assessment. ICH will also support development of a logic model and evaluation plan at the completion of the needs assessment, and support SEAL partners with meeting BSAS quarterly reporting requirements.
