ICH provided assessment and evaluation planning support to public health agencies in Somerville, Everett, Arlington and Lexington (SEAL) during their MassCall3 youth substance misuse prevention grant issued by MDPH’s Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS). ICH supported the SEAL cluster in planning a needs assessment, and provided technical assistance with data management, data collection, analysis, and reporting during the assessment. ICH also supported development of a logic model and evaluation plan at the completion of the needs assessment, and supported SEAL partners with meeting BSAS quarterly reporting requirements by developing stakeholder collaboration tools, as well as event and training participant demographic trackers.
