The Leah Zallman Center for Immigrant Health Research (LZC) at the Institute for Community Health (ICH) partnered with Vital CxNs on a six-month technical assistance project that resulted in a comprehensive evaluation framework for Vital CxNs. LZC supported Vital CxNs in establishing systems to assess, track, and communicate about its organizational model’s impacts. LZC engaged diverse stakeholders in a series of community conversations and held consensus-building sessions as part of the collaborative process.
