Denice Villar

Research Associate

Denice Villar (she/they/ella/elle) is a Research Associate at the Institute for Community Health. At ICH, Denice supports research and evaluation projects ranging in focus from applied research, equitable access to mental health and health care services, to destigmatizing the need for services and attentiveness to well-being within marginalized communities.

Denice received a BS in Sociology with a minor in Computer Science from Salem State University. She additionally holds a NABITA (National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment) certificate in Non-Clinical Assessment and Management of Suicidal Ideation.
