ICH Partners with CHA to Support Continuous Quality Improvement Around HIV Services

The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) project for the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) HIV Program has been functioning for nearly ten years create review cycles of several clinical outcomes and improve rates for various performance measurements at the two CHA HIV service provider sites, Somerville Hospital Primary Care (SHPC) and Zinberg Clinic.
The HIV Program has partnered with the Institute for Community Health (ICH) since 2007 to support its CQI initiatives. ICH offers a unique combination of skills and experience in the areas of data collection and analysis, as well as program design, evaluation, and facilitation to support the SHPC and Zinberg Clinics in meeting their targeted CQI goals.
