ICH worked with the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education (DHE) to evaluate the MAICEI program, which offers grants to support students with intellectual disabilities to be included in college and university communities of learners.

ICH is working with the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education (DHE) to conduct an evaluation of the successes and challenges college students with disabilities enrolled in the MAICEI program experienced with remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

For over 15 years, ICH has been the evaluator for Agenda For Children, a literacy initiative of the City of Cambridge. ICH has helped AFC program staff track participation and understand the impact of several programs designed to educate parents of children ages 0-7 about how to support language and literacy development so their children will enter school ready to learn how to read and write.
