The Institute for Community Health (ICH) and the Leah Zallman Center for Immigrant Health Research (LZC) facilitated a strategic planning process with the City of Somerville’s SomerViva: Office of Immigrant Affairs (SOIA). ICH and LZC conducted key informant interviews and focus groups and reviewed SOIA’s ecosystem as part of an environmental scan. ICH and LZC facilitated SWOC exercises with SOIA staff and a series of mission and visioning activities to reimagine SOIA’s future.
