Ranjani Paradise presents at MASSCAP public policy briefing

On February 9, ICH’s Director of Evaluation, Ranjani Paradise, presented at a public policy briefing organized by the Massachusetts Association for Community Action (MASSCAP). The briefing highlighted current public policies that assist our most vulnerable families and residents, and how we can work together, now during the continued challenges of the pandemic, and in the future, to create sustainable change and provide increased opportunity. Ranjani presented about the READYGO project alongside other speakers who discussed:

  • Early Education & Care including Head Start
  • Bridging the Wage Gap: Free Tax Prep (VITA) & Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)
  • Strengthening Communities and Community Action network
  • Commission on Poverty, Equity & Opportunity
  • Homelessness Prevention
  • Fuel Assistance
