Sarah Jalbert is the Executive Director of the Institute for Community Health. She has over 20 years of experience in applied research and evaluation across disciplines and policy areas, including evaluations of community-based interventions for justice-involved youth, community supervision practices and research on substance use disorders and behavioral health. Sarah has expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, survey research, and policy analysis. Prior to joining ICH, she served as Principal Associate at Abt Associates, where she managed Abt’s justice-related research and evaluation group and directed research and evaluation projects. She has a M.A in Applied Sociology and a M.S. in Public Policy, both from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
