ICH has worked with Cambridge Health Alliance since 2011 to support evaluation and quality improvement of language services for patients with limited English proficiency
ICH evaluated the Bridges to Moms program, which provides case management and social support to homeless and housing insecure pregnant women and new mothers to improve their health access, equity and overall well-being.
ICH created a new prioritization and assessment tool for Cambridge Homeless Services to use when determining re-housing opportunities for clients.
