Data Services for HIV/AIDS Medical Case Management

ICH assisted Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) to manage quarterly data reporting on services received by patients with HIV/AIDS.

ICH assists Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) to manage quarterly data reporting on services received by patients with HIV/AIDS. This includes cleaning, recoding, consolidating, and uploading data to a centralized system, in order to meet state reporting requirements.

Malden Youth Risk Behavior Survey

The Malden Public Schools worked with ICH from 2012-2018 to conduct a student health survey (the Youth Risk Behavior Survey) with middle and high school students.
