ICH is providing assessment and evaluation technical assistance to the MassLeague of Community Health Centers to support their Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) programs.
ICH conducted qualitative patient interviews to inform the design of disease management programs for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, diabetes, opioid use disorder, or chronic pain at Cambridge Health Alliance.
ICH conducted a needs assessment and evaluated a sex education curriculum that was delivered to youth in Lawrence.
The Malden Public Schools worked with ICH from 2012-2018 to conduct a student health survey (the Youth Risk Behavior Survey) with middle and high school students.
ICH facilitated a strategic planning process and developed a comprehensive 5-year plan for the Lawrence Mayor’s Health Task Force.
ICH served as the evlauator for the Tri-City Partnership. whose goal is to reduce youth and gang violence across the three cities of Fitchburg, Gardner and Leominster.
