Stefanie Albert is an Epidemiologist I at the Institute for Community Health.
At ICH, she uses her analytic skills to evaluate and improve the quality of services offered by community partners. Before joining ICH, Stefanie worked with the Gordie Center for Substance Abuse Prevention at the University of Virginia to update current tobacco/nicotine resources available for students, and with the Community Health Worker Training Program at the Virginia Department of Health. She also worked as a research associate with the University of South Florida College of Public Health. Her interests include health disparities among immigrant populations, communicable diseases, and environmental public health.
Stefanie received her BS in Microbiology from the University of South Florida and her MPH from the University of Virginia.
