Rolande Ayinkamiye

Research Associate

Rolande Ayinkamiye (she/her) is a Research Associate at the Institute for Community Health. At ICH, Rolande is involved in research and evaluation projects about immigrant and refugee career pathway models, family services, substance use, health advocacy, and community engagement.

Rolande received a BS in Finance from the University of Maine and her Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Coexistence from Brandeis University. Rolande was born in Burundi and currently lives in the greater Boston area.
